These Terms of Sale govern all transactions between PESOL Corporation ("PESOL") and the buyer ("Customer"). By placing an order with PESOL, the Customer agrees to these terms in full. These terms may be updated from time to time; the version in effect at the time of order placement shall apply.
PESOL provides accurate descriptions of all vehicles based on information available at the time of listing. Vehicle condition is assessed and graded according to Japanese auction standards. All vehicles are sold as-is. Any condition reports or grading information provided are for reference only and do not constitute a warranty.
All prices are quoted in Japanese Yen (JPY) or US Dollars (USD) as specified in the invoice. Prices are exclusive of shipping, import duties, taxes, and any other charges applicable in the destination country. Full payment is required before the vehicle is booked for export. PESOL accepts payment via bank transfer through our authorized banking partners.
PESOL arranges export on behalf of the Customer. Export documentation, including the Bill of Lading and Export Certificate, is provided upon shipment. Shipping timelines are estimates only; PESOL accepts no liability for delays caused by carriers, port authorities, or customs agencies. Risk of loss passes to the Customer upon loading at the port of departure.
Orders may be cancelled before a vehicle has been booked for export. A cancellation fee of up to 10% of the vehicle price may apply. Once a vehicle has been shipped, cancellations are not accepted. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
PESOL does not provide any warranty on vehicles sold. All vehicles are pre-owned and sold in their current condition. It is the Customer's responsibility to conduct due diligence, including reviewing condition reports, before purchase.
PESOL's total liability to the Customer shall not exceed the purchase price of the vehicle. PESOL is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the sale or use of any vehicle.
These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chiba Prefecture, Japan.
